Registration cancellations received on or before Aug 10, 2025 (CET) will receive a full refund with no fees.

Registration cancellations received between Aug 10, 2025, and Sept 10, 2025, are subject to a 50% administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After Sept 10, no refunds will be issued.
