GO-TKM’s Global Vice-President Dr Paul O Olson had a speech on 22 August about Tacit Knowledge Management from a mental health perspective (he’s a psychologist), followed by our Secretary General Fisher Yu who discussed school mentoring, the role of tacit knowledge in education around the world, and how mentors should be trained. The third part of the symposium was a panel discussion. There are 17 million teachers in China. The Chinese government wants mentors in schools, which also means training teachers in mentorship.

World Wide Education Conference 2024 (WWEC) featured close to 50,000 visitors present and millions online.
