Events (Conferences, Webinars, etc.)

For conferences, we may also provide a conference app where your name, country, organization, and email address may be visible to other delegates for networking purposes (you will be informed separately and may have choices).

Book Sales
When you purchase a book from our online shop, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider – see section 5).
- Purpose: To process your order, deliver the books, handle returns, and keep records of the transaction.

Donations
