Brussels, Belgium, February 4, 2025 – GO-TKM, a prominent non-profit organization based In Belgium, committed to the advancement of tacit knowledge management (TKM), is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Mohan Guruswamy as its Global Advisor. In this significant role, Dr. Guruswamy will facilitate global collaboration, advise organizational design, and strategic initiatives aimed at promoting tacit knowledge management worldwide.

Dr. Guruswamy brings extensive expertise and experience to GO-TKM. Among others, he currently holds the position of Chief Knowledge Officer at the World Free Zones Organization, where he is instrumental in optimizing knowledge sharing across various global platforms. His academic credentials are equally noteworthy; he is a Fellow at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, and serves on the faculty of Strategy and Corporate Governance at the University of Wollongong’s Dubai Campus, where he was the former Director of the Executive MBA and MBA programs.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Guruswamy has provided strategic counsel to the Executive Council of the Government of Abu Dhabi in the capacity of Advisor on Strategy and Business Performance. His prior role as Chief of Strategy and Business Performance at DP World further highlights his extensive background in managing and enhancing organizational performance.
